Cibolo Parkway vs. TXDOT's FM 1103 Expansion
The Texas Department of Transportation is proposing improvements to FM 1103 from I-35 to Rodeo Way in Comal and Guadalupe counties, Texas.This project is completely separate from the proposed toll road and is being paid for by a combination of Schertz Bonds, Cibolo Bonds, and TXDOT funds. This project will happen even if the toll road does not.
The proposed project includes:
Expanding FM 1103 from a two-lane roadway to a four-lane roadway with center turn lane.
Proposed pedestrian accommodations.
New right-of-way acquisition is anticipated.
