The purpose of this site is to facilitate the gathering and dissemination of information regarding the construction of a toll road from IH35 to I-10 by way of FM1103. The proposed project consists of two parts - the "Cibolo Expressway" from IH35 to Wagon Wheel Drive and "Cibolo Parkway" from Wagon Wheel Drive to I-10.

This forum welcomes the opinion of those both for and against the proposed toll road. Discussions will remain open minded, reasonable, and civil.
